I started my online boutique, Brazen Boutique, in November of 2018. Like most people who start boutiques, I love fashion, I've worked in retail and I have customer service experience. I thought that would be enough to help my business thrive. I was so wrong!
My first year of business didn't go as expected; not because it sucked, but because I didn't know what it took to build trust online and establish an online presence. I didn't know what it meant to build a brand.
So, I spent all of my first year of business figuring it out and making mistakes, but being intentional about making note of what was working and what wasn't.
When I walked into year two of my business, I was a lot more clear about what I wanted to do and what I needed to do. I set goals, made plans, and executed. By the end of 2020 I had made over $200K in revenue; more than ten times the amount of money my boutique made the previous year.
I documented my entire process of launching and growing my business to my first 6-figures on my Youtube channel and in the masterclass, I'm sharing the top five things that helped me make multiple 6-figures in 2020 during a global pandemic.
